• Operating appliances such as Garbage disposal, dishwasher, and washing machine, if wanted
• Checking windows and Doors
• Checking lighting and operating fans
• status of sub panel and breaker box
• Checking and replacing Furnace filters if needed
• Water Heater status
• Checking water softener

Condominium
Price starts at $49 per visit on a bi weekly schedule, but can change based upon size, location, and drive time to the property.
Single Family Home/ Townhome (exterior only)
Price starts at $49 per visit, but can change based upon size, location, and drive time to the property.
Single Family/ Townhome (Interior and Exterior)
Price typically will start at $60 on a biweekly schedule, but can change based upon size, location, and drive time.
