• Mail/package collection and delivery
• Appliance/Furniture delivery acceptance

• Vehicle service-start, idle, move if wanted
• Schedule cleanings
• Schedule snow removal
• Contractor supervision to ensure all doors are secure and security system is armed upon departure
• Non routine visits
• Welcome service-getting your property ready for your arrival by adjusting thermostat settings, placing outdoor furniture, turning on water heater, and more!
• Farewell service- after your departure we lock down your property and secure it to your specs. The direct opposite of our “Welcome Service”. This can help alleviate anxieties of the thought of forgetting to turn off an appliance or locking a door.
• Key holder service available for $99 per year. Key holder service can be used for trash removal, contractor access, extra visits, or deliveries, and more.  
*All keys and codes are kept locked in our safe.
